In these terms and conditions, “Cemma”, “we” or “us” will mean Cemma Enterprise Company Limited and the "Customer" or “you” will mean any person, firm, company or body which places an order with Cemma. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the site. By using the site or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.
Cemma shall make every effort to ensure that prices, details and sizes of products and services on this website are up to date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Cemma shall make every effort to ensure products displayed on the website are in stock. If the products you have ordered are out of stock or have been discontinuous, you are entitled to refund or replacement with products of the same price.
All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and Cemma reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested are unavailable. Any transaction/order is deemed to be completed and the title of the goods purchased is deemed to have passed to the Customer when Cemma has accepted the order and the relevant payment fully made by the Customer.
Prices charged for purchases on this website may be different from those charged in our office or promotion.
The prices charged are those applicable on the day you order.
All pictures and images of the products displayed on this site are for illustration purposes in order to help the customer to recognise the products only. The actual size, dimension and colour of the products may differ.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) and Cemma agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. Cemma may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, Cemma's determination shall be final. This Terms & Conditions has been translated into Chinese. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
【Registration & Account Security】
1）To register with Cemma website, you must be:
－ Over 18 years of age, and legally capable of entering into binding contracts If you are below 18 years old: you must obtain consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s), their acceptance of the Terms below and their agreement to take responsibility for
(i) your actions;
(ii) any charges associated with your use of any of the services, products or content provided; and
(iii) your acceptance and compliance with the Terms below.
－ If you do not have consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s), you must stop using/accessing the Site.
2）You are required to register before placing any orders through this website. During the registration, you must provide us with accurate, complete and up to date registration information; and authorise us to assume that any person using the site with your username and password is either you or is authorised to act for you.
3）You are responsible for safeguarding your username and password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password Cemma cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.
4）Cemma has the absolute discretion to refuse registration of a potential customer and to terminate the registration of any customer for any reason whatsoever.
5）You must inform Cemma at +852 3106 0033 immediately of any changes to the profile information that you provided so that we can communicate with you effectively.
6）You shall be liable for every order made under the login and agrees to indemnify Cemma for all claims, damages whatsoever made by any third party arising from the actions of a person placing orders through this website using your login.
7）Should you find any unauthorised use of login, you shall notify us immediately and effectively.
Cemma accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal and Alipay for purchase via www.sleepkinwood.com. Under Credit Card Purchase Protection service, e.g. VISA verification service, Master Card Secure Code, you can enjoy safe and secure shopping by using your own credit card with a specific password or security code. Credit card used for shopping should be valid and under your own name. Cemma shall not be liable for any credit card fraud. All payment methods require you to pay first before delivery.
All product and service prices listed are available in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD$).
Cemma may reserve the right to limit sales including the right to decline sales to any customers.
Full payment in respect of an order must be made upon the placing of the order. If your payment cannot be processed, the order will not be accepted and you are advised to contact the card issuer to resolve any problem concerning the use of your credit card in order to continue with the order.
Cemma reserves the right to change the payment terms for any order without prior notice.
Cemma reserves the right to change the payment mode for Products & Services offered online at any time by announcement via the website, email and/or any other means of public communications.
If payment for any order has already been made, but Cemma does not accept the order, you will be noticed by email or phone for further arrangement. Cemma shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in processing the said refund.
Once the full payment for the order is accepted and confirmed, Cemma will deliver the products to you according to Cemma's schedule. If delivery address is outside of Hong Kong, delivery charge will be applied, please contact us for delivery quotation.
Please note that all goods will be delivered as scheduled to the best of our ability. We aim to deliver the goods when there is somebody in. We cannot accept responsibility for goods left outside at the customer's request.
It is your responsibility to notify Cemma immediately of any change to you delivery address.
We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.
You are welcome to pick up your order at our showroom. Please bring the order confirmation notice with you during office hours within 1 month of order confirmation. Orders that have not been picked up for more than a month will be cancelled and will not be refunded.
As an expert in medical products, we commit to provide high-quality products to our customers. However, damages incurred during shipping are out of our control. To provide customers with the best service, we are proud to present a 7-day satisfactory guarantee. If the damage of the product(s) is found within 7 days of delivery, please call us at +852 3106 0033 during office hours, and send an e-mail to us at email@example.com with photos of the damaged product(s). We will arrange a replacement shortly. You are also welcome to bring the damaged product(s) to our showroom for replacement. If the product(s) in question is out of stock, other arrangements will be made. For all replacements, please keep the original package, related gifts and receipts. According to hygiene reason, all consumables cannot be replaced. Product(s) on one receipt can only be replaced once.
Cemma may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason or any other reasons which caused an order not able to be fulfilled. We will notify you if this is the case.
All products and services are non-refundable.
You are not allowed to cancel the order once an Order Confirmation is issued. If you wish to seek further information or assistance, kindly contact our hotline at +852 3106 0033.
In case of dispute, Cemma reserves the right of final decision.
We accept overseas orders and provide international delivery services for specific products. Please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your delivery area and products you wish to order. We will contact you within two working days after receiving the email. FedEx, DHL or UPS will ship all orders that require international delivery services.
Before placing an order, customers must be aware of and understand the laws and regulations of importing goods and the rules of prohibited goods in their respective country and region. In the event of products being confiscated in the country or region, our company will not be liable and cannot refund the related expenses. According to the laws and regulations of different countries, import duties, value-added tax, customs clearance fees, postage, etc. may be levied. If these fees arise, the customer is to bear all the associated costs. Monies will be collected directly from the customer through the post office or by the courier company at the final destination.
As individual products are subject to regional sales conditions, we may be restricted to provide you with sales and delivery services. We can only provide product maintenance and repair services in the region of Hong Kong.
