What payment methods does your website accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also transfer funds to our company account through an ATM or online banking account.
Are there additional delivery charges?

How to use the "Promotional Code"?
Only one promotional code can be used for each order, simply enter a valid promotional code upon checkout.
Why haven’t I received the order confirmation notice?
Customers who order products or services through our website should receive an order confirmation notice within 24 hours after order submission. If you have not received the confirmation, please check the "spam folder" in your e-mail address first; if still no notification, please call +852 3106 0033 and speak with our customer service staff regarding any questions about your order. Thank you.
I just received the order confirmation notice and found that I made an error when filling out details of the order. Can I update my order before shipment?
Orders are usually processed and shipped on the same day, so please call +852 3106 0033 to contact our customer service staff as soon as possible. We will try our best to revise the order for you before delivery.
When will my order be delivered to me?
Your order will be delivered via SF Express, usually within 3-5 working days. Orders made before 11 a.m. from Monday to Friday will be usually shipped on the same day; other orders (including weekends) will be shipped on the next working day in general.
